The Role we offer is that of a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for our Groups’ Real Estate Product
distribution. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Having a thorough understanding of the financial landscape with a focus on innovative products –
especially around Real Estate. - Should have the knowledge and acumen to sell advanced products like REITs and pitch solutions
to Key Distributors, Family Offices and Ultra HNIs. - Empanel and manage key focus distributors across the spectrum including Banks, National and
Regional Distributors, Key IFAs etc. - Build new distribution partnerships and penetration opportunities within the target segment.
- Focusing and developing new areas in terms of business expansion, identifying potential clients
and to increase market share. - Manage key institutional clients
- Coordinate troubleshoot of operational issues, if any.
The role will require direct interface with Ultra HNI clients, national level distributors and Velstand Senior
Management. A mature person with the ability to promote & sell and discuss the markets with ease would
be an ideal fit.
Requirements :
The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- A good understanding of all financial products especially Real Estate
- Strong selling skills & commercial acumen
- Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- The inclination to work in a client facing, sales role
- Ideally a post graduate with at least 6 – 10 years of experience
- Candidates who do not meet the experience / educational qualifications but have a passion for
sales are also welcome to apply.
Educational qualification:
- MBAs/CAs with 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Compensation Range:
- Fixed: depends on location, academics and experience
- Variable: attractive Business linked Incentive plan
