Epsilon Money Mart Pvt Ltd is a holistic wealth management company headquarters in Mumbai. We are present in 15 cities pan India. In our path of expansion, we have multiple openings for which we are looking for a suitable candidate. Currently, we have the below openings.
Role Context:
- The job involves acquiring and meeting corporate clients, HNIs and other individuals and bringing them to the Epsilon Money Mart Pvt Ltd.
- Understanding customers requirement and suggesting most suitable product (rather than run of the mill product) to the customer according to his requirement in the area of investment, risk management/insurance or any other financial services.
- Continuous follow up and engagement /meetings before conversion of a prospectus to a client as well as after conversion.
- Ensuring high quality customer servicing for all pre- and post-sales support requirement
- Updating the client on his portfolio, renewal, maturity
- Sending periodic structured newsletter or news of relevance.
- Undertaking analytics of customers data on investment etc and providing meaningful insight/suggestion on course correction
- Providing holistic financial services/products to an entity or an individual (treating family as a unit) either directly or by coordinating with colleagues from other companies of Epsilon Group.
- Understanding competition and devising strategies to counter the same.
- Constant enriching of knowledge base and industry awareness
- Utilizing the available technology base to maintain gist of discussions, maintaining customers data, deriving analytics and for providing reports/reminders.
- Build and deepen relationships with existing affluent and HNI Customers to achieve increase in share of mind and wallet.
Skills and Qualification
- The successful candidate should be open to challenges, looking for immense growth professionally and intellectually. Passion for wealth management is the key.
- MBA/CA/CFA with 4-10 years of relevant experience. Educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to investment, insurance and other investment products would be an advantage.

- Proven leadership abilities, high degree of integrity with strong work ethic; thus, working in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple investment mandates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while managing clients.
- Demonstrate ability to work with a structured approach towards defined investment process.
Compensation Range:
- Fixed: Depends on Experience and skills.
- Variable: Annual Performance sales Incentive
