Goa is one of the key locations for Epsilon Money and one of the first locations which was started in August 2022. We currently have 100 customers in the region and two strategic partnerships. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing the existing customers and acquire new customers and expand the business footprint.
The position holder shall be responsible for:
- New client acquisition with a focus on mid to large opportunities
- Manage the existing relationships of the branch and grow book size
- Establish a strong presence in strategic and key accounts within the region and work towards their conversions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to sales, actively engaging in customer interactions and deal negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate, support and help in respect of service to client to his utmost satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of latest and detailed market information through analysis, research and feedback mechanism.
- Prepare market submissions and presentations for new clients and renewal
Skills and Qualification
Essential Technical Qualification:
IRDA for Insurance & NISM V-A Certification for Mutual Fund

Educational qualification:
Graduates with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Compensation Range:
A master’s degree in finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
