Responsibilities as Manager Legal & Compliance
- Drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Manage & monitor regular secretarial compliance.
- Assist in training and educating employees on compliance-related exams
- Handle routine ROC filings and ensure all submissions are accurate and timely.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
- Offer legal support and advice to various departments as needed.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
- Support the Manager in handling compliance-related inquiries and investigations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance
Qualification:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Educational qualification:
- Semi Qualified CS at Professional Level Exam
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience.
Compensation Range
- Fixed
- Variable: Based on performance.
