Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build strong, lasting relationships. Understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from our insurance partners.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote and sell various insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance. Achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
- Customer Support:Provide excellent post-sales service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Cross Sales of investment products such as mutual funds and bonds. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to offer the best advice and options to clients.
- Training & Development:Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
