Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build strong, lasting relationships. Understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from our insurance partners.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote and sell various insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance. Achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
  • Customer Support:Provide excellent post-sales service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    Cross Sales of investment products such as mutual funds and bonds.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to offer the best advice and options to clients.
  • Training & Development:Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

Graduation with Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/advisory of insurance products & Proven performance track record.
