Job Description:
We are looking for a creative individual who can seamlessly blend design aesthetics with video production skills to create engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances our marketing campaigns. As a Graphic Designer & Video Maker, you will collaborate with our marketing team to produce visually stunning graphics, animations, and videos that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, infographics, email newsletters, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, client testimonials, educational resources, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all design and video assets align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video production, and digital marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines, delivering assets that meet or exceed expectations in terms of creativity, quality, and accuracy.
- Work closely with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support specific design or video production requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our visual assets library, organizing files and resources for easy access and utilization by the marketing team.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy meetings, helping to shape the direction of our content and campaigns.
Requirements :
The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a graphic designer and video maker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various mediums and platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Experience in video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
