Job Profile:
The Role we offer is that of a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships (B2B) for our Groups’ Real Estate and Financial Product distribution based in Mumbai. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Having a thorough understanding of the financial landscape with a focus on innovative products – especially around Real Estate.
- Should have the knowledge and acumen to sell advanced products like REITs and pitch solutions to Key Distributors, Family Offices and Ultra HNIs.
- Empanel and manage key focus distributors across the spectrum including Banks, National and Regional Distributors, Key IFAs etc.
- Build new distribution partnerships and penetration opportunities within the target segment.
- Focusing and developing new areas in terms of business expansion, identifying potential clients and to increase market share.
- Manage key institutional clients
- Coordinate within the group and troubleshoot of operational issues, if any.
- Should be able to travel based on business requirement in key cities in India.
The role will require direct interface with Ultra HNI clients, national level distributors and Group Senior Management. A seasoned professional with the ability to navigate and manage various stakeholders and quest for knowledge in the financial markets and Commercial Real Estate
Requirements
The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- A good understanding of financial products especially Real Estate related products
- Strong relationship skills & commercial acumen
- Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- The inclination to work in a client facing, sales role
- Ideally a post graduate (MBA/CA/CFA) with 6 – 12 years of experience. Educational background in Finance/Investment/Real Estate Financial Products will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to investment and Real Estate P/E business would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B Sales (Mutual Funds/PMS/AIF/Real Estate PE) is preferred.

Compensation Range:
- Fixed: Depending on experience, qualifications.
- Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive, linked to revenues.
