Position Title: Senior Wealth Councilor /Wealth Councilor

Job Profile:
- Acquiring and managing HNI clients for our wealth management proposition. This would entail contacting our groups’ natural markets and contacts and following up for conversion and regular maintenance.
- Build and deepen relationships with existing customers by ensuring high quality service for all pre- and post-sales support requirements.
- Understanding customers’ requirements and suggesting suitable products to clients according to their requirement in investment, risk management/insurance and other financial services and providing updates.
- Know the intricacies of investible asset classes to suggest investment portfolios on the same. Thus, working closely with Investment and Product teams to effectively pitch for new business by showcasing and structuring appropriate solutions.
- Utilizing the available technology base to maintain gist of discussions, maintaining customers data, deriving analytics and for providing reports/reminders.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Client & Products Suitability policy, regulatory standards, and requirements as well as all operating processes relating to the front office.
Qualification:
- The successful candidate should be open to challenges, looking for immense growth professionally and intellectually. Passion for wealth management is the key.
- MBA/CA/CFA with 4-10 years of relevant experience. Educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to investment and Real Estate P/E business would be an advantage.

Compensation Range:
- Fixed: Depends on experience, qualifications.
- Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive, linked to wealth book managed.
