Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads and conversion of leads into business.
- Acquiring and managing HNI/SME, Affluent clients and individuals.
- Maintaining in depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Managing Client portfolios & understand client’s financial goals, risk tolerance, investment needs and provide solutions/advisory accordingly
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA with 2 – 5 years of relevant experience. An educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage.
Fixed Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed CTC.
- Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive, linked to a wealth book managed.
- Travelling expenses of client meets will be reimbursed.
