Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service through timely query resolution, proactive engagement, and effective relationship management
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including KYC verification and online/offline execution of financial transactions including Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP, and Switch transactions.
  • Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), channel partners (BSE/NSE), and external vendors for operational support and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance by managing AMFI/SEBI reporting, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve investment product operational processes and workflows.
  • Set and manage timelines for client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Handle high volumes of transactions and requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of documentation and operational processes related to Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Fixed Deposits.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills for client query handling and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Customer Service & Operations
  • Certification or additional qualification in mutual funds or operations management will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

English, Hindi & Marathi.
