Role Context:
This position has a dual role. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of client’s service requirements. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying client needs and facilitating the delivery of solutions to new and existing clients in line with the firm’s financial planning framework and with the help of our Product and Investment Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and converting them into business.
- Acquiring and managing HNI/SME, Affluent clients, and individuals.
- Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions, striving to exceed client expectations.
- Process and follow up on service requests to ensure execution in a timely manner.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Apply verification policies and procedures for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Managing client portfolios, understanding client’s financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs, and providing solutions/advisory accordingly.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM with 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector or AMC. An educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations pertaining to wealth management business would be an advantage.
Skills, Abilities and Personality Traits:
- Proven leadership abilities, high degree of integrity with a strong work ethic; thus, working in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple investment mandates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while managing clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with a structured approach towards a defined investment process.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed: Depends on experience, qualifications.
- Variable: Annual Performance-Based Incentive, linked to a wealth book managed.
