Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Real Estate Specialist to manage property transactions, support clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes, and provide expert market insights. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of real estate markets, and a client-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage strategic tie-ups and partnerships with real estate developers and builders to expand and opportunities.
- Act as a subject-matter expert to advise, guide, and mentor internal sales teams on real estate products, pricing, and market positioning
- Support internal sales teams during client pitches, negotiations, and deal closures when required
- Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and comparative market reports
- Identify new listings and investment opportunities through market research and networking
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout transactions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and real estate laws
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/MBA with 2 – 5 years of relevant experience. An educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in real estate transactions, brokerage, or property management
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and legal frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed: Depends on experience, qualifications.
- Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive.
