Job Overview:

As an Equity Dealer & Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing both trading activities and providing industry-leading service & wealth management solutions to our clients. This role combines executing trades for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the efficiency of operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in trading, risk management, as well as in streamlining business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage securities trades for clients while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions, striving to exceed client expectations.
• Process and follow-up on service requests to ensure execution in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement policies for both trading activities and operational processes.
• Ensure smooth settlement of trades, accurate transaction records, and risk management.
• Apply verification policies and procedures for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate with the finance, compliance, and technology teams to maintain operational integrity.
• Maintain internal controls and reporting structures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance trading efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee client portfolios and address any trade-related inquiries.
• Manage customer complaints related to both trading and operations, ensuring high service levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• NISM Certification – Derivatives Series VIII.
• Proven experience in both brokerage trading and operations management (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and operations processes.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in trading platforms, financial systems, and operational software.
