We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team who will play a key role in shaping our digital platforms and solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure that products meet business objectives and user needs, with continuous monitoring and iteration based on feedback.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:

• Work closely with internal teams (such as design, development, and Operations) and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Convert business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)/ User Stories that guide the development process.
• Act as a liaison among various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

User Experience & Design:

• Create and refine user journeys, wireframes, and workflows to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to translate user requirements into functional and appealing interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Define and document UI requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user-centric design principles.

Project Execution & Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making strategic decisions to maximize value and impact.
• Use project management tools like Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.

Testing & Go-Live Management:

• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to validate that the developed solution meets all specified requirements.
• Coordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring all aspects of the product are ready for launch, including infrastructure, security, and support plans.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving:
• Apply your understanding of API integration and cloud-based environments, particularly AWS, to guide technical decisions.
• Review and refine interface designs to ensure they are robust, maintainable, and scalable.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis and database management, supporting decision-making with accurate insights.
• Leverage your skills in data analysis with MS Excel and other tools to support product development and performance tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

4-6 years in Product Management, ideally within the Indian Wealth Management or Financial Services sector.

Technical Proficiency:

Solid understanding of API architecture, cloud environments, SQL, and experience with tools like Figma, Visio, and Jira.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication & Collaboration:

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, present solutions effectively, and work collaboratively across teams.

Educational Background:

A master’s degree in finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
